About demolition estimates
This is a planning estimate, not a final price. Demolition hides surprises you can't see in photos: concrete footings, rotted framing, extra layers of flooring, or wiring and plumbing in the way. We walk the job site with you, then give you a written price. The final invoice is set in person, and no work starts until you approve it. We only remove non-load-bearing walls. We don't disconnect utilities or handle asbestos, lead paint or other hazardous materials.
About this estimate
This price is based only on what you've told us and the photos you send. We check your photos and confirm a firm price when we reply. If the crew finds something different on site, we send you an updated quote before any work starts. That includes items you didn't list (like a mattress, TV or fridge at the back of a storage unit) and access you didn't mention (more flights of stairs, a separate stairwell, a long walk from the truck). Added items are priced at the rates shown here. You approve every change, and you can always decline.

Before you book
Why could my final price be different from the estimate?
The estimate only covers what you've described. If the crew finds more items or extra stairs, or a fridge or mattress you didn't list, they show you the new price at the rates on this page before loading anything. You approve it or decline it. Nothing gets added without your OK.
How is light demolition priced?
The online calculator gives you a planning range based on the job type, size and site conditions. We then walk the job site with you and give you a written price. The final invoice is set in person, and you approve it before any work starts. Debris haul-off is always included.
Do I pay anything to book?
No. After we confirm your price, we text you the quote with your date on it. Approve and sign it from your phone, and you're on the schedule. You pay when the job is done and you're happy with it.
What don't you take?
We can't take hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos or medical waste. If you're not sure about an item, add it in the notes and we'll tell you.
How fast can you come?
Junk pickups are often same-day or next-day. Home moves usually book within the week, and larger office moves within one to two weeks.
How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
If anything about your job isn't right, tell us within 7 days. We'll come back and fix it at no charge. If we're more than 30 minutes past your arrival window, you get $50 off.
